The first release of the new ISO 9001:2015, developed by the ISO/TC, took place in September 2015. Iso 9001:2015. The standard has a number of changes compared with its predecessor Iso 9001:2008.
Changes made based on user comments. Their aim is to simplify the work with the requirements of the standard.
The structure of the new standard expanded: instead of the eight sections of ISO 9001:2015 contains ten. First sight also noticeable differences on the items of the content. For example, instead of the usual name of a quality management System” (Quality management system) used the name “organization Context” (Context of the organisation), item 5 is now called “Leadership” (Leadership) is “responsible leadership” (Management responsibility), also renumbered some paragraphs.
Instead of the term “product” (product) proposed the term “goods and services” (goods and services) to facilitate the use and unambiguity of interpretation service providers. Also the standard has a number of other changes.
